Peeping NPC's are a type of NPC introduced in the WickedWhims mod, appropriately named Tom Peeping and Tina Peeping. Their sole function is to randomly appear on residential lots and peek into windows, and their nametag is labeled "Peeping Sim." If a sim inside the house is naked, partially or fully, or performing any sexual action/interaction, the peeping NPC may take a picture on their phone.
